A word from the Founding President – Francis Marfoglia
ECEMA offers all its courses on a work-study basis. Not only to enable work-study students to earn a living and study under good conditions, but above all out of conviction. The conviction that the training of tomorrow’s managers must be carried out as close as possible to the reality of business life.
ECEMA, which has been based in Lyon for 14 years, is returning to Saint-Etienne for the third time this year, to offer all the work-study students from Saint-Etienne the opportunity to live this experience at the heart of companies. A number of them have chosen to host a work-study student from ECEMA and thus seize the opportunity to boost their know-how and develop local activity by helping young people to work on their territory.
Indeed, if the work-study programme is an opportunity for the trainee, it is also an opportunity for the company: by enabling it to train its employees as close as possible to its realities, to transmit its know-how and to ensure its durability and its future with serenity.

Our values
A member of the Collège de Paris, ECEMA is recognised in its field of specialisation, management, and offers a guarantee of integration into the labour market. Our instructors are professionals in their sector and support work-study students throughout their training. All specialisations lead to securities registered in the RNCP.
Because each course is different and because we want it to be so, all our work-study students benefit from personalised support. Our recruitment officers are specialised in the selection of managerial profiles and take care of everything. Throughout his years at ECEMA, the work-study project evolves and our coaches support him in its implementation!
We ensure that our trainers, our work-study students and our partner companies are fully committed to the development of skills and the professionalisation of work-study students.
