PRESENTATION of Ms

The Specialised Management programme is a two-year course (Bac+4 and Bac+5) offering a common core of General Management and 8 specialisations, which the learner can choose according to his/her professional project. The general management modules provide a foundation of skills required by future managers in the fields of marketing, human resources, project management, purchasing, finance, law and, of course, management.
The specialisation modules start at the beginning of the training.

THE MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE SPECIALITY

This training is accessible to all candidates holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, finance or management control and financial analysis . The specialisation cycle is organised over two years. It can also be integrated at the BAC +5 level to obtain the title in a single year with a Bac+4 validated in the field of financial management.
Many companies place their trust in ECEMA and each year welcome part-time students from the Financial Steering and Management Control cycle into their teams. These include SNCF, Sanofi, Cap Gemini, Areva, Adecco, La Poste and others.
The training enables students to acquire essential skills in the major areas of management (human resources, marketing, communication, project management, communication, purchasing, quality and safety), to master the tools and techniques of management control in order to be able to assess performance and steer it, to integrate the other skills necessary for the financial management of the company: financial analysis, auditing, accounting, financing, taxation, consolidation, and to immerse themselves in the professions of finance and build a solid professional experience through part-time work experience.
