PRESENTATION of Ms
The Specialised Management programme is a two-year course (Bac+4 and Bac+5) offering a common core of General Management and 8 specialisations, which the learner can choose according to his/her professional project. The general management modules provide a foundation of skills required by future managers in the fields of marketing, human resources, project management, purchasing, finance, law and, of course, management.
The specialisation modules start at the beginning of the training.
THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALITY
This training is open to all part-time students with four or more years of higher education (bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, master’s degree 2, doctorate, higher education diploma, professional qualifications, etc.) and coming from the following fields: legal, management, literary, scientific, etc. This training in Human Resources enables students to understand the different areas of competence of strategic management and prepares them for HR functions with responsibilities, whether generalist or specialised. The courses are led by experienced professionals working in companies and consultancy firms in the Lyon region. Teaching is carried out in a pragmatic, interactive and participatory way, with priority being given to the sharing of experience, collaborative group work and concrete case studies.
Open to the economic and social challenges of tomorrow’s world, the training modules cover both a common core of general management as well as all the areas of expertise specific to strategic human resources management.
Thus armed with solid skills, each part-time student will find the path that best suits him or her to achieve his or her professional project, mobilising, if necessary, the technical support and personalised accompaniment offered by the teaching team. The educational referent, an active member of the ANDRH (National Association of HRDs), makes available to his or her part-time students the resources present in his or her network (job opportunities, internships, professional contacts, results of HR surveys, etc.). Training is also available in VAE (Validation of Prior Learning and Experience).

Every year, the part-time students also have the opportunity to go on Learning Expeditions, complete organised stays, guaranteeing total immersion in the professional world of each destination. Each country has its own specificities: management, cultural approach, structure, field of expertise etc. Visits to companies and universities, discovery of incubators, meetings with professionals or cultural visits during each stay, everything is done to create a unique experience.
